Fatigue breakdown is the primary failure method for car wheels and is directly related to passenger safety. The bending fatigue strength is an important parameter used to describe the condition. At present, the domestic automobile industry mostly uses hydraulic servo fatigue testing machines to perform tests on finished tire products. However, despite their high test accuracy, these machines are bulky and expensive, the tires being tested are hard to install during the testing process, and they lack test speed efficiency.
